lame GILER!!!!!!

tajuk macam marah kan..hahha... padahal marah sbb dah lame x update blog.... rimas+sedih+kecewa tgk blog update kat page aku..hahahha.....
lately bz cikit...bz bukan sbb buat design project n thesis..bz sebab o
pen house...hihihih
berat semasa bulan ramadhan 43.5kg.ok maintain lgi.....berat semasa bulan syawal.....pehhhh... 45.5kg..pe kes! hahahah...

ok fokus this month!!!!

1- nk pergi jogging at least 2 time per week....

2-nk g gym... se'bz' mana pun....MUST!

3- control pemakanan...no fast food.. (boleh ke???hahaha)
